Garantiamo ai sensi di legge del codice civile art.1490/1491
1) Tutti i pezzi sono rigorosamente annodati a mano.
2) L‘originalità, la provenienza, la qualità, l’epoca.
3) Tutto quanto dichiarato nel sito e nelle email di corrispondenza con il cliente.
L’acquirente riceverà garanzia scritta o nel pacco della spedizione o tramite posta unitamente alla fattura.
Procedure di garanzia
Al momento in cui si conferma l’acquisto inviando i propri dati al server sicuro, la banca ferma l’ammontare dell’importo a garanzia ma non procede al prelevamento del danaro. Quest’ultimo avviene dietro nostra disposizione 15 (quindici) giorni dopo il ricevimento della merce SOLO SE da parte dell’acquirente non vi sono state contestazioni; in questo caso ci sono 15 giorni di tempo per la restituzione della merce e Vi verrà addebitato solo il costo del trasporto; ovviamente il pezzo non deve essere danneggiato. Ricordiamo che i tappeti spediti sono assicurati durante il trasporto per un valore uguale al prezzo pagato dall’acquirente.

3) Everything stated on the site and in email correspondence with the customer.
The buyer will receive a written guarantee either in the shipping package or by post together with the invoice.
Warranty procedures
When you confirm the purchase by sending your data to the secure server, the bank stops the amount of the guarantee amount but does not proceed with the withdrawal of the money. The latter takes place at our disposal 15 (fifteen) days after receipt of the goods ONLY IF there have been no complaints from the buyer; in this case you have 15 days to return the goods and you will only be charged for the transport cost; obviously the piece must not be damaged. We remind you that the carpets shipped are insured during transport for a value equal to the price paid by the buyer.
