2. Originality, provenance, quality, era.
3. Everything stated on the site and in email correspondence with the customer.

The buyer will receive a written guarantee either in the shipping package or by post together with the invoice.

Warranty procedures
When you confirm the purchase by sending your data to the secure server, the bank stops the amount of the guarantee amount but does not proceed with the withdrawal of the money. The latter takes place at our disposal 15 (fifteen) days after receipt of the goods ONLY IF there have been no complaints from the buyer; in this case you have 15 days to return the goods and you will only be charged for the transport cost; obviously the piece must not be damaged. We remind you that the carpets shipped are insured during transport for a value equal to the price paid by the buyer.
